For families

1. Sign up in two minutes — tell us a little about yourself and who you're looking out for.
2. Post a request — describe what kind of help you're looking for, where, and roughly when.
3. Browse helpers who get in touch — read their profile, watch their video intro, check their reviews.
4. Choose someone you trust and contact them directly to arrange everything between yourselves.
5. Leave a review once the visit has happened — it helps other families find good helpers.

For helpers

1. Sign up and build your profile — add your bio, skills, languages, and record a short video intro.
2. Get verified — we check your ID and DBS before your profile goes live. This is what makes us different.
3. Browse local requests and get in touch with families whose needs match what you offer.
4. Agree the visit directly — timing, rate, and what's needed. Payment runs securely through the platform, released to you after the visit.
5. Build your reputation — reviews from families help you stand out and get more introductions.

What we do — and what we don't

We're not an agency. We don't manage your visits or take over the relationship — that's yours, directly with the family. What we do: verify that everyone here is who they say they are and trustworthy enough to be in someone's home, and handle payment securely so you're paid reliably after every visit. For that we take a small 10% fee — the rest is yours.
